About Igor Mineev
Igor Mineev was born in Novosibirsk, Russia. He moved to London where he studied and then was employed by London Wall.
Whilst using his company to connect to various high net worth individuals, Igor managed to connect to a wide circle of people where he positioned himself as a ‘deal-maker’.
Starting from 2017, Igor started to develop his passion for ‘showing success’ and purchased designer clothes, expensive holidays, fine dining, etc. that he could never afford with his 20k salary.
Around 2017-2018, Igor started borrowing money to feed his addiction of showing his ‘success’. The first amounts were 3000-4000 GBP that then significantly increased to 10000+ GBP per borrowing. At this moment in time, Igor Mineev owes an estimated amount of more than 150000+ GBP. The actual amount is likely to be much higher.
Igor Mineev is using ‘Rob Peter to Pay Paul’ fraud scheme. You can read more about it here: https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/rob-peter-to-pay-paul. Igor often does not pay back the people that he borrowed the money from meaning that a number of people have lost their savings.
Igor is borrowing money from business contacts, work colleagues, his schoolmates and even family members. How low can anyone get!?
